Banana Ginger Protein Oatmeal




Serves 2


Ingredients:


1 cup rolled oats

2 cups water

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein, collagen powder, or hemp hearts

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey

1 large banana, sliced


Instructions:


1. Mix oats, water, protein of choice, ginger, cinnamon, and honey in a small pot over medium heat.


2. Stir well, then cook for about 5 minutes. Stir again.


3. Serve topped with banana slices, nuts, & seeds.
