Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies

An earthy, grain free sweet treat wrapped into a chocolate chip cookie package.


〰️1 1/3 c almond flour 〰️1/2 tsp baking soda 〰️3/4 cup coconut sugar 〰️pinch of salt 〰️1/3 c @enjoylifefoods semi-sweet dark chocolate chips 〰️1/3 c chopped walnuts(optional) 〰️1 tbsp chopped rosemary

〰️1 egg 〰️3 tbsp ghee 〰️2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350

Combine the almond flour, baking soda, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Heat the ghee and let cool to room temperature.

Combine the egg, ghee, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Slowly start to mix wet ingredients into the dry until it forms a sticky dough. Careful not to over mix.

Refrigerate dough for 20-30 minutes to prevent the dough from spreading while baking

Bake on parchment paper for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown
