Consuming consistent meals & light snacks throughout your day is key to keeping hunger in check and your blood sugar stabilized. Long breaks without eating sets us up to be starving & triggers overeating later. Think about good quality, high nutrient foods! My favorite go to snack is my simple homemade trail mix.
