Orders can be placed (24) hours-a-day, (7) days-a-week via our website. We do charge for your order at the time of purchase and will ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items or long delivery times (given the current economical climate and the current shipping delays).

Refunds and returns wills only be processed if the item was damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please leave the item inside of its original packaging, and contact us within (48) hours of its arrival at firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will email you return/refund instructions
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week. Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier, not when the order is placed. We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes items are out of stock at time of purchase or unexpected delays may occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will happily email you with information on when you can expect your order.
Most items will be shipped directly from a warehouse in Charlotte, NC, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.
Additional shipping fees will be charged for white glove delivery service, furniture items, oversized mirrors and large giclee canvas art. If you have a questions on a particular product please email email@example.com.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to AK or HI at this time, only to the 48 contiguous states.
Unfortunately sometimes damages occur in shipping. We are so sorry if this happens to you. If you receive your item and it is damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage and your order number. We will happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that you received. Do not throw the item out. We will email instructions on how to proceed with the claims process. Please note that ALL damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Replacement and or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner.
Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.
The following items/categories are excluded from all Sales & Coupon Codes: Art (giclee canvas, or matte prints) and all Furniture Items. Sales, Discounts, & Coupons Codes cannot be combined and cannot be used on past purchases.
Please note that some of our products are antique vintage textiles, and vintage reclaimed pieces, therefore they may have blemishes. This is part of the beauty of the product. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.
Items that are made with natural material, such as but not limited to, agate, stone, wood, marble, etc. will all vary slightly in color and texture. Knots, chips, divots, and small cracks are not considered defects but part of the beauty of the product.
Every monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions on a products color or texture please email email@example.com. We do our best to send additional photos and answer any questions that you may have
