Welcome to the Summer Cleanse! I am so happy to be on this journey with you! So take some deep breaths and let's dive in. 

You are about to cleanse your body in the most delicious and divine way. This is not a cleanse of deprivation. You will learn what foods give you fuel. You will learn how to release emotions. You will let go of what does not serve you. I created this seasonal cleanse for real people like you who have demanding schedules, jobs, and a full life. I wanted to create a program for you filled with anti-aging secrets based on age-old practices that slow the aging process. Some of the basic principles of the program include: Ridding the body of toxins that lead to cellulite and wrinkles. Eliminating foods that create imbalances in your digestive system that lead to bloating, exhaustion, skin issues, allergies, and more. Learning to eat foods that are not only nourishing to the body but can reverse the aging process. I am excited to help you reboot and love your body again!

Here are my simple suggestions:

1.I suggest looking at the At a Glance, as this provides you with a day by day suggested meals for your program.

 

2.Look at the suggested meals and note what you need to buy for Phase2 and 3 of this program from the shopping list.

 

3.You will find the clean eating and emotional support tools in your Guide to reduce unwanted clean eating symptoms and make this program pleasurable.

 

4.You can add protein to any meal, choose from a variety of snacks in your Recipe Guide and clean eating without deprivation.

 

5.You have a recipe guide with additional recipes so feel free to exchange meals.

 

6.If you have limited time to cook, you can batch cook a few days’ worth of meals to make your life easy throughout this program
